Our time of operation is 7am - 9pm from Mon - Sunday.
We do have after hours available: 9pm - 12 am
However, please contact us if your situation necessitates us to be there on earlier than 7am or later than 9 pm. No Late Fees applied.
Before receiving IV hydration: all new patients and/or recurring patients (after 12 months of initial telemedicine exam) will required to be assessed by a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant or a MD/DO via Telehealth (Good Faith Exam)/Telemedicine. The exam will expired in 1 year til the recurrence of any new treatment. Our On-scene health professional will also evaluate your physical assessment and vital signs prior to the treatment. We take highly in our cautious and due diligence when providing adequate care to our patients. There will be NO CHARGE for the exam.

We do have provider/s who sometimes able to make it out to Bastrop and Belton areas. Please contact us for more infos.
Once our provider/s arrived on scene, we will instruct and guide you on how to performed a Good Faith Exam with an NP/PA or Physician.
